PCP Expresses Solidarity With CPI(M)
The
following is the message sent to the Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of
India (Marxist) by Secretariat of the C.C. of the Portuguese Communist Party on
August 29 :
WE
have just been aware, through your Party’s organ, People’s Democracy,
of August 25, of the armed attack on the CPI(M) zonal office in Dhupguri in
Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal, where five CPI(M) cadres were killed and 13
other comrades were injured.
Reaffirming
our solidarity with your difficult and courageous struggle facing constant
violence of criminal groups on the service of the most reactionary forces of
your country, we send you, and through you to the families of the victims, our
condolences.
