Circulation
Drive For People’s Democracy
The
central committee in its meeting held on December 14-16, 2005 decided that there
should be a campaign organised for boosting the circulation of People’s
Democracy, Lok Lehar, The Marxist and the Urdu monthly Shabtaab. Amongst the
tasks set out by the 18th Congress is to step up the agitation,
propaganda and ideological work of the Party. The Central Party papers play an
important role in this regard.
The
central committee has decided that there should be a two-week campaign from
February 1 to 15, 2006 for increasing the circulation of the Central papers.
The
state committees should chalk out the campaign plan and the targets to be set.
All Party units must be involved in the circulation drive.
Special
emphasis should be given for enrolling half yearly and annual subscribers.
