PB Condemns Jalpaiguri Bomb Attack
The Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) issued the following statement on November 21, 2006.
THE Polit Bureau strongly condemns the bomb attack in a passenger train at the Belakoba station in Jalpaiguri district in West Bengal. Seven people have been killed and many seriously injured. This dastardly attack has been engineered by certain reactionary and divisive elements. The state government should spare no effort to identify the culprits and bring them to book.
The Polit Bureau appeals to all sections of the people to be vigilant to curb the activities of these forces.
The Polit Bureau conveys its heartfelt condolences to all those who have lost their family members and expresses deep sympathy with those who have been injured. (INN)
